Achievements and successes are mirror to how people live at present. Successful individuals are not gauged or measured on what awards/merits/diplomas they received rather, how successful and stable they are financially, socially, emotionally, and most importantly spiritually at present is what is very essential and important. It could also be related to this line: "We don't care what theories and concepts people know about E-Learning, what is very important is how people apply E-Learning in instruction".
