Teachers are the ultimate people who use software. To make use of the software, we have to target teachers. But marketing them directly is not possible. Because they belong to different layers in the administrative system. – Bryan
Software is an important tool every teacher must be expert at. Although teacher is more important than software,or is the best visual aid in the classroom,there is always a need to be adept of technology. However, barriers are always the factors that affect in the use of software. There are schools that are not privileged of acquiring software or technology which will result to going back to traditional. Of course without teachers to model, to monitor, to lead on the use of software, pupils are not guided and they become outdated.
Though the use of technology has come to stay, there are still challenges and barriers in making it accessible to all people and in all places. Hopefully there would be a better solution to it. We are all also challenged to help in facilitating the responsible use of technology for development.
